Your Sparkle-Map comes with the components required for wall mounting. The system has been designed to make installation as straightforward, precise and secure as possible.

The necessary tools, such as a drill, spirit level, tape measure and screwdriver, are not included.

The final choice of mounting hardware must always be suited to your wall. If you are unsure, seek advice from a professional or choose our Premium Installation service.

Guided installation, step by step.

The included positioning guide helps you install the map accurately. We recommend asking a second person to help handle and position the frame safely.

Choose the location

Choose where to position the map, taking into account its size, its visibility, the proximity of a power socket and the type of wall.

Position the guide

Place the positioning guide at the desired height, then use a spirit level to check that it is horizontally aligned.

Mark the mounting points

Carefully mark the positions indicated on the guide before removing it.

Drill and insert the wall plugs

Drill at the marked points using a bit suited to the wall material, then insert the appropriate wall plugs.

Install the mounting hardware

Secure the mounting components as shown in the instructions, then check their stability before hanging the map.

Hang and set up the map

With the help of a second person, carefully place Sparkle-Map onto its mounting hardware. Check that it is level, plug it in and complete the initial set-up.

Entrust your Sparkle-Map installation to a member of our team. We prepare the visit with you, check the wall material, schedule the appointment and install the map in the agreed location.

A brief introduction to the first features

The service covers standard installation on an accessible wall in good condition. Specialist work, electrical alterations, concealed cable routing, fragile walls or installations requiring special equipment will need to be reviewed in advance.

How the service works

Step 1

Keep the option in your basket

Premium Installation is currently included with your pre-order and selected by default. You can remove it from your basket at any time if you would prefer to install Sparkle-Map yourself.

Step 2

We contact you before delivery

Approximately fifteen days before the estimated delivery window, our team will contact you by email or WhatsApp to prepare the installation.

We will ask you to provide:

the installation address;
photographs of the wall and room;
the wall material: concrete, brick, wood, blockwork, plasterboard or another material;
the desired height;
whether there is a power socket nearby;
any access constraints.

Step 3

We arrange a suitable time together

Once the technical information has been reviewed, we will offer an installation time suited to your Sparkle-Map delivery date and your availability. During the pre-order period, the final appointment will be agreed once the delivery window has been confirmed.

Step 4

We install your Sparkle-Map

On the agreed date, a Sparkle-Map team member will visit your home, install the map in the approved location, check its alignment and stability, and carry out an initial operation check.
